Sale or Return Terms & Conditions

Returned products will only be accepted under the Sale or Return Guarantee if they are received within 120 days from date of purchase.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received and any packaging must be unopened and sealed. JM Wholesale reserves the right to reject any SOR returns that are not deemed to be in a sellable condition.

SOR returns requested beyond our regular 30-day return policy will be refunded via gift card only, which can be used towards future orders. Should the price be reduced after the initial 30-day return policy, we are only able to refund according to the most up-to-date prices from our website.

All products returned under this guarantee must have a minimum expiry date of at least 3 months from point of return.

To return any SOR products beyond our regular 30-day return policy, please contact us via email first and provide the list of products you wish to return.
