We DO NOT have a minimum order value for delivery!

We provide the cheapest wholesale shipping options in the UK.

Our order cut off time is 3pm, so if orders are placed and paid before 3pm they will get dispatched the same day. If not, they will be dispatched the next working day.

All of our shipping options are fully tracked and insured.

Please note: Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatched until Monday.

We provide a comprehensive backorder system for items which are not immediately available for dispatch. Full backorder terms and conditions can be viewed here

Yodel Economy (3 – 4 Working Days) - £3.50 (For orders up to 2KG)

Yodel Premium Next Working Day - £5.00

DHL Next Working Day - £6.50

DPD Next Working Day - £6.95

DPD Next Working Day before 12pm – £12.50

Yodel Saturday (Non-Guaranteed)* - £6.50

DPD Saturday – £9.00


Please note that Yodel Non-Guaranteed Saturday service has roughly 90 – 95% success rate of delivering parcels on Saturday. Please use this service at your own discretion.

Next working day delivery does not apply to orders placed at weekends and on bank holidays.

For Mainland UK, we offer free next day delivery for orders over £500 excluding VAT.

Saturday and Sunday delivery only apply to orders placed after 2pm Thursday and before 2pm Friday.

Republic of Ireland - rates for R.O.I are calculated automatically at the checkout via DHL Express International.


For Non-Mainland UK, we offer free delivery for orders over £1000 excluding VAT.

We try our absolute best to send all orders received before 2pm the same day. However, this is not always possible, especially during busy days. If your order is not dispatched on the same day then it will be dispatched on the following working day.

We are not able to guarantee exact delivery times or days, the shipment notifications should be taken as estimates only.

Monday exception:
We cannot always guarantee that all orders will be dispatched on Mondays. Due to the high volume of orders following the weekend, your order may be dispatched on Tuesday. In the event that Monday is a Bank Holiday, this policy will apply to Tuesday orders.

Should you have a considerable number of smoking products on your order, then this may result in the order being delayed by one working day. Saturday delivery may also be delayed for smoking products, however, this will be dependant on the size of the order.

If you need to add more products to your unfulfilled order, then you may place a second order before 2pm and select Warehouse Collection at the checkout, so that you are not paying twice for delivery. We will then combine the two orders.


Warehouse collection:

If you wish to collect your items from our Leicester premises, you can select the option “Warehouse Collection” at the checkout. Of course, there will not be a delivery charge. Same Day Collection orders must be placed before 12:00pm and your order will be ready from 15:00pm onwards. Please ensure that you receive a notification that your shipment has been fulfilled before coming to collect. Collection is only available Monday - Friday.



In the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, we would kindly ask you to wait an extra 48 hours before contacting us. Courier services can occasionally experience some unexpected delays, which unfortunately we do not have any control over.

In the event of a disputed delivery, we will raise an investigation with the 3rd party courier. Please allow up to 5 working days for this investigation to be concluded. In these instances, we must take the result of the courier's investigation as final.


Missing items:

Should you notice missing items from your order, we would highly recommend checking the full order once again and to inspect all corners of the box and packaging material used. Missing items are often found within the original package.

We must be notified within 3 days of receipt regarding any order errors or shortages.

In the event that you do confirm missing items from your order, a full internal investigation will need to be raised from our side. This includes checking all warehouse evidence records and raising a dispute with the delivery courier. We must allow up to 5 working days for this investigation to conclude before any replacement items can be dispatched.
