What is drop shipping?
Drop shipping means that, we would hold the stock which you could place on your website for your customers to purchase.
A customer could buy the items listed on your page, then you would let us know and we would fulfill the order for you.
It's as simple as that!
Can I get up and running today?
Absolutely! Please contact your dedicated business account manager Shane on 07932 553 113 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your interest for more information. It shouldn’t take long to have your account activated and you ready to sell!
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
There is no contract whatsoever. If you wish to cancel, please email email@example.com and we will cancel it for you.
I’m local to you, is there someone I can speak to in person about this?

How does your integration work?
For most platforms the integration for the Standard plan is done through the system automatically, without needing to wait. But for certain websites and for the Premium plan the integration is done manually by the engineers, where you’d need to wait until they complete the integration before using the system/service. This will normally be done within 24 hours.
In either case, you do not need to worry about the integration process.
Can you please advise steps to implement the facility?
A step by step guide will be provided on sign up.
I don’t have a business or a website, is this available to me?
Yes, this service is available to everyone. If you need help with anything, we can provide it.
We are interested in creating a separate website via your drop shipping method, can you let us know how can go forward and get the ball rolling?
Yes, please provide your basic information and we’ll get the web developers to contact you.
Once your website is done, we can get you on board!
Do you recommend a payment provider that allows CBD?
Yes, that is correct. We have a strategic relationship with a payment gateway broker who is fantastic at finding us a working solution.
How much is standard shipping costs? And is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value for drop shipping orders. We charge a flat rate for shipping, where all items are tracked and insured regardless of the size and weight of the item.
Do your website prices include VAT?
All prices displayed do not include VAT, as this will be charged at checkout.
How do you register for drop shipping, as I can’t register on the website?
You would need to contact your dedicated business account manager Shane by sending an email to email@example.com, and he’ll get you set up!
You cannot register by yourself as the account has to be created by us internally.
I don’t have a website!
No problem! If you’d like, we can get a Professional website built for you!
If you’re confident in building one yourself, we can suggest our favourite platforms for you to make a well-informed decision.
How much does it cost for you to build my website?

Our average lead time to build a professional website is just two weeks.
Can I sell my own products on the website if I drop ship with you too?
Yes, you can sell your own products even if you drop-ship with us!
You would need to fulfil your own orders, otherwise it’s a piece of cake!
How many products do you have available for drop-shipping?
We currently have over 6000 items, all of them are available for drop-shipping customers and resellers.
I don’t want to drop ship all your products, but only certain ones. Is that possible?
Absolutely! We hold over 6000 items so we can appreciate if you want to host a selection of these.
Through the platform, you can choose to sell whatever it is that you like.
How can I provide Free Shipping to my customers?
All couriers charge for shipping, you can either set a minimum order value to ensure it is covered or absorb the shipping cost within your unit prices.
The price is too expensive and I don’t know if I’d be making enough profit right away to cover it.
The price for our drop-shipping service is extremely competitive, with everything that it offers we’d consider it second to none.
Naturally, with any business - it may not make positive returns immediately. Try to see this as more of an investment into your business. A small cost today for a larger return tomorrow.
How do orders work or what would happen whenever I get an order?
If on the Standard drop shipping plan, you would need to place the orders directly on our private drop shipping website and pay for them with your customers order info and address.
Once we have dispatched the order, we will update the tracking information for you to then update your sales channel.
With the Premium Plan, the order details, address information and tracking are fully automated, where we’d receive those automatically from your website. You can also have the option to review every order prior to being sent to us, if you wish.
Every time we receive an order automatically, you’ll be sent a payment link to complete the order. The only manual element would be that each order would require payment, to allow us to fulfill that order.

Are your wholesale and drop shipping prices the same?
Yes, that is correct.
We offer extremely competitive prices, over 6000 items and are still growing!
Is the RRP set by your system or will I have control over that?
You would need to set your prices for all items, as the margins can vary within our range.
Also, the market research and analysis to keep on top of all retail prices would be extremely time consuming and not of much value to us, as wholesalers.
You can use the pricing automation tool on the platform to bulk price the products and set your desired margin per category, which can save a lot of time.
Which web platforms do you work with?

Do you connect with EKM?
We do tend to work with more prominent platforms such as Shopify (our favourite), Woo Commerce, Big Commerce and Magento.
Currently, we are working with EKM to integrate our platform to their system, so this will be available from mid to late summer.
How does pricing work? How do I set up pricing on my website?
You can set prices by category of item to make things easier for you.
We’d recommend looking at existing retailers to see what the typical sale price is for given products.
You’d only buy from us at the wholesale rate, so when you sell at your set retail price to your customer, you would keep the profit.
Do you put our logo and info on the packaging and invoices?
We do not, our deliveries are sent in plain packaging, with no invoice or return address – So the customer would have no idea that we’d sent the goods!
They would assume that the goods were sent by you, as they made the purchase on your online shop.
Do you do white label products?
Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not provide any white label goods.
On a separate subject, one of our online stores sells our own brand of e-liquids and I was wondering if you guys would stock them?
We are planning to provide a fulfillment service along with our drop shipping service, this will be available very soon.

Can I sell my own products on my website?
Yes, absolutely. You would need to fulfill the orders yourself, or arrange for that to be done.
I’m an International customer, is this service available to me?
Most definitely, the Premium service is available to over 180 countries.
You could also get a UK based website if you really wanted, and focus on the UK market only if you wish.
What type of margins can I expect per product to stay competitive?
The margins would depend item to item, we would recommend checking with your competition for an indication.
Do you provide the product photos and details in the feeds?
Yes, all of our photos are provided without watermarks and they come with descriptions too!
These can be edited as you please on the platform.
Do you provide your own paperwork/invoice with the orders?
We do not, the orders come in a blank packaging with no return address.
Does the package state your company logo at all? Or mine?
Are all your CBD products legal in the UK too?
What is your daily deadline/processing time?
All orders placed before 4pm will be sent the same day, any later and they’ll be sent the following day.
How is the payment taken?
Payments are by card for each order.
How are returns handled? Would you provide return labels if the customer wants to return an item?

I was wondering do use have a spreadsheet on CSV format on products for my web developers?
We no longer use CSV spreadsheets and files as this way of working is a little dated now. Our service is now fully integrated, so information is uploaded and downloaded electronically. Please contact us if you need further help.

Which countries can you ship to?
Almost all of the countries that have an established postal service qualify for shipping.
Do I get charged VAT if I live in....?
If you’re in Europe and do not have a valid VAT number then you would pay VAT.
If you’re based in the UK, by default you would automatically be charged VAT.
Elsewhere, you would not be required to pay VAT.
Who is responsible for knowing if the item is allowed to be bought or sold legally in my country?
It would be your responsibility (the retailer/reseller) as we would simply send the items to where was requested.
Can I have you as a supplier, with your products listed alongside my current supplier?
Certainly, your supplier would dispatch their products, and we would only dispatch our products.
What are the costs involved with drop-shipping with you?
The costs involved would be the monthly costs of £24.99 + VAT, £34.99 + VAT or £69.99 + VAT.
There would be no additional or hidden fees. You would only need to ensure there is margin once shipping and VAT are charged.

Do you have a trial period?
The system is very well put together, providing tutorial videos at each step of the way and 24 hours technical support. Unfortunately, we do not offer any trial period, however there is no contract so you could cancel, upgrade or even downgrade your plan at any time.
Is there a demo?
We do not, unfortunately have any demo account or trial period, however we can and will send you images of the system in use and how simple it integrates with your website.
What about categories?
The categories should be automatically transferred across on integration. If you choose to categorise the items differently then you are free to do so, also this can be done in bulk so you won’t need to go through each and every item.
What happens when your products go out of stock?
The stock levels on your website will update and be reflective of our actual stock count for that item as the system is fully integrated.
We replenish stock levels frequently to adhere to demand.
If it is something you particularly want or need then it is useful to let us know, just in case it is a discontinued item.
