Extended Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time for VIP customers is 4 PM. This means that any orders placed before 4 PM will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee DPD next working day service for orders placed after 3 PM, due to their collection schedule.
We are actively working to extend this cut-off time even further in the near future.
Product Sourcing
If you're searching for a product that isn't currently listed in our catalog, please inform us. We may be able to source and supply the item for you. Please be aware that a minimum order quantity (MOQ) may apply for product sourcing.
