JM PLUS TERMS & CONDITIONS

All of JM Wholesale's standard policies apply to PLUS members, with the exception of shipping rates.

PLUS members will receive FREE or discounted delivery on all eligible orders.

JM PLUS is currently only available to customers in the United Kingdom.

All JM customers are eligible for a 7-day free PLUS trial. This free trial can only be used once per customer and cannot be used again on cancelled accounts.

The JM PLUS membership is charged via our subscription website, and there will be a 30p one off charge to activate the subscription.

You can sign up for our PLUS service by selecting PLUS at our checkout, or visiting our subscription site by following this link

If you are selecting PLUS shipping at the checkout before signing upto PLUS, you will be sent an email with a link to our subscription site to set up your PLUS membership. The subscription needs to be set up before we can dispatch your order with PLUS delivery.

There is no contract for JM PLUS, which means that you can cancel your membership at any time. To cancel your membership, please email sales@jm-wholesale.co.uk. You can also renew your membership at any time by sending us an email.

Upon cancellation, your PLUS service will come to an end with immediate effect, regardless of how many days are left before the next payment.

All PLUS membership payments are strictly non-refundable.

Failed payments will be reattempted only once. Should the payment fail on the second attempt, your PLUS membership will automatically be cancelled.

Should your subscription payment be cancelled for any reason, your PLUS membership will also be cancelled automatically.
