Cash On Delivery (COD) Policy

We are always looking for ways to make shopping easier for our customers. That is why we are introducing Cash On Delivery as a payment method, via our reputable delivery partner.

COD is available for all customers by default. Which means no more queuing at banks or travelling to cash & carries, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

With COD, the payment for your order is made on delivery rather than in advance. This means that you must be physically present at the delivery address to finalise the transaction.

It’s simple, just hand over the cash and collect your order from the delivery driver.

Due to an earlier order collection on this service, the cut off time for COD same day dispatch is 2pm.

The minimum order value for Cash On Delivery orders is £150 +VAT, which means that your order must meet this amount to qualify for COD.

The maximum order value for Cash On Delivery is £2000. (This may be increased in the future)

COD is available to all of UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, and Republic of Ireland orders. This will be a Next Day delivery service.

We have a set shipping charge for COD orders, and there are no additional fees or processing charges applied.

COD Shipping Prices:

UK Mainland - £9.90 (Next Wroking Day)

Northern Ireland – £9.90 (Two Workng Days)

Republic of Ireland - £15.75 (Two Workng Days)

Before selecting the COD payment option at the checkout, you must first select our Cash on Delivery service from the shipping options page. If you fail to select the COD shipping option and complete the order with the COD payment option, then you will be asked to pay the remaining shipping charge manually before we dispatch the order.

We will only accept cash for COD payments.

The courier company will not allow you to open the package before the payment is made. Should you wish to return the package, you will need to inform us after receiving the goods. You will then be required to return the package as per our usual return policy.

Should you fail to make payment to the driver, or if no one is there to accept the parcel, the courier will attempt redelivery up to a maximum of three times. After this period, the goods will be returned to us.

In such events whereupon the parcel is returned to us, including a change of mind or refusing to accept delivery, COD may be disabled for your account. This means that we will no longer accept COD orders from you in the future.

We are always looking for ways to improve our service, and we hope that this exciting new development will enhance your shopping experience with us even further.
